Security & Responsible Disclosure

1. Security Overview

At AIstratX Technologies, we prioritize the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our corporate systems and client communications. We implement defensive engineering standards, least-privilege cloud access, and continuous code audits.

2. Responsible Disclosure Program

We value the work of the security research community. If you believe you have discovered a potential security vulnerability in any AIstratX public web service, we encourage you to notify us responsibly so we can remediate it promptly.

3. Reporting Guidelines

To participate in our responsible disclosure process, we ask that you:

  • Submit a detailed report to [email protected] including reproduction steps and proof-of-concept details;
  • Give us reasonable time to investigate and address the vulnerability before disclosing it publicly;
  • Avoid privacy violations, destruction of data, and interruption or degradation of our services (e.g., do not execute Denial of Service attacks);
  • Do not access or attempt to access another user's data or sensitive business accounts.

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a security report, our engineering team commits to:

1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 business hours.

2. Investigation: We will validate the issue and determine appropriate remediation steps.

3. Resolution: Once fixed, we will notify you and gladly provide appropriate attribution if desired.

5. Security Contact

All vulnerability disclosures and security inquiries should be directed to our dedicated security inbox at [email protected].
